GOLD MINE INVESTING OPPORTUNITIES
BSA is implementing (2019) its plan to acquire 1 M ounces of gold in prior operating mines with permits. BSA is also seeking additional acquisition opportunities in Western US.
Over the past 4 years BSA, (with its long-time partner Bush Management Company-BMC) has acquired 2 prior operating underground gold mines; Radcliffe and Keystone, located about 15 miles apart in Inyo County, Ca. It is planned that both will be operated together. Both were acquired with 100% equity; no debt, no partners, no royalties. BSA continues to look for additional acquisitions of similar mines in Western US and Western Canada.
- The Radcliffe mine was acquired in mid-2018. Radcliffe has 200,000 ++ ounces of gold, 43 101 compliant to an indicated level, .45 to .55 OPT. BSA is putting Radcliffe back into production early 2019. We are interviewing underground mining contractors, site geologists, and other professionals. Radcliffe is fully permitted under an approved CUP thru 2025, including a negative declaration for environmental issues.
- Keystone mine was purchased in mid-2015. We have been processing a new Environmental Assessment for surface drilling, which EA is expected to be approved in late 2018. No environmental issues have been raised by BLM. Keystone has approximately 250,000 to 350,000 ounces of gold, (non-compliant 43 101), .5 to.6 OPT. Keystone has an approved BLM Plan of Operations (POO) for half of the project, to include an approved cyanide processing facility. We are also in possession of a 1941 issued water permit to support mining operations.
BSA is seeking capital partners to facility new production and additional acquisiitons. Very complicated situations are our specialty. Interested parties should contact us at cjm@blackswanadvisors.net. Brokers or finders will be protected for agreed to fees.
